Neophilia Civils and Projects has been established as primarily a Civil engineering company. Our traditional business model is based on the design, construction, refurbishment and alterations of structures especially residential units. Based on the decision of the company to diversify our scope of works, we have now expanded into other civil engineering and projected management orientated streams such as geotechnical investigations and road and Stormwater Management.
